Extrusion materials include TPU, PVC, PE, PA, PEBAX, PP, PEEK, PTFE etc.

Extrusion shapes include single lumen tube, multi-lumen tube, multi-row tube, multi-color tube, X-ray tube, thick wall tube and thin wall tube, micro-hole tube, etc. Post-processing capabilities include welding, tip-forming, end-capping, tip-enlarge, drilling, rotary punch, bending and setting, beveling, grooving, and cutting. At present, the technology is highly mature, with minimum tolerances controlled within 0.015-0.1mm and wall thickness down to 0.02mm.
