Extrusion materials include TPU, PVC, PE, PA, PEBAX, PP, PEEK, PTFE etc. Extrusion shapes include single lumen tube, multi-lumen tube, multi-row tube, multi-color tube, X-ray tube, and micro-hole tube. Post-processing includes welding, tip-forming, drilling, and beveling. Currently, our technology is mature, with minimum tolerances controlled within 0.015-0.1mm and wall thickness down to 0.02mm. We operate a 100,000 grade clean production workshop and are ISO13485 certified.
