Established in 2008, we have more than 15 years experience in medical field, specialize in the production of precision medical grade catheters, supporting OEM and ODM, main providing extrusion and post-processing service. Extrusion material include TPU, PVC, PE, PA, PEBAX, PP, PEEK, PTFE etc, extrusion shape include single lumen tube, multi-lumen tube, multi-row tube, multi-color tube, X-ray tube, thick wall tube and thin wall tube, micro-hole tube, etc.

The post-processing include welding, tip-forming, end-capping, tip-enlarge, drilling, rotary punch, bending and setting, beveling, grooving, cutting and so on. At present, the technology has been very mature, minimum tolerance can be controlled in 0.015-0.1mm, wall thickness can be controlled in 0.02mm, minimum hole can be controlled in 0.2mm, minimum hardness can be controlled in 40A. All products are strict tested before shipping. We have own 100,000 grade clean production workshop and passed ISO13485 quality management system.

TPU is a thermoplastic polyurethane, available in polyester and polyether types. It features a wide range of hardness, excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, transparency, and high elasticity. Its human contact safety makes it ideal for medical devices and consumables.
