Q3: What's your standard payment terms?
For usual orders, we accept T/T 30% deposit initially and the remaining 70% balance before shipment. For small orders, 100% deposit is required.
Q4: Do you support OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we have our own factory and support complete OEM/ODM services. You can send us your details and drawings for a custom solution.
Q5: What is the typical lead time for production?
Generally, production takes around 40-50 days after receiving the deposit. If your schedule is urgent, please advise and we will try our best to accommodate.
Q6: Can you manufacture parts according to 3D drawings?
Yes, we can produce castings according to 2D drawings or 3D CAD models. Using 3D models makes the development of tooling more efficient.
